Actually, no. Steam points are kinda like your own personal treasure hoard. You can't transfer them, but there are still plenty of ways to share the love on Steam with gifts and such.
Nope, you can't transfer Steam points to another account. Valve made it pretty clear that points are meant to stay with the account that earned 'em. It's a bummer if you're looking to gift points, but you can always use points to buy gifts for friends directly on Steam!
