Unfortunately, you can't directly transfer an Xbox Game Pass to another account. You could share your account info to let someone else use it, but that's not exactly the same.

Been there, tried that! Xbox doesn't allow transfers between accounts. Your best bet is to let your Game Pass expire and then get it on the new account.
