Nah, you can't directly use a Switch controller on Xbox One. But you could grab a third-party adapter like the 8BitDo or CronusMAX to make it work.

Unfortunately, no. Microsoft's got their own ecosystem. Stick to Xbox controllers or an adapter if you really want to use a Switch one.
