I tried it myself, and no luck with Bluetooth earbuds. A workaround is using a Bluetooth adapter that plugs into the controller or console.

Xbox Series X doesn’t support Bluetooth audio. Get yourself an Xbox wireless headset, it’s a way better experience anyway!
