I wouldn’t recommend using Crocs on a treadmill. They’re super comfy but lack the support and grip needed for serious running or walking.

I've actually tried this and wouldn't advise it. Crocs are great for lounging, but they don’t offer the right support for treadmill use.

Nope, don't use Crocs on a treadmill. Stick to proper athletic shoes to avoid any accidents.
