Nope, GTA V doesn't support cross-platform progression. Your PS4 achievements stay on PS4 and Xbox has its own lane. Gotta grind again if you switch!

Nah, you can't just hop from PS4 to Xbox with the same GTA account. They're like two different playgrounds with their own sets of rules. You gotta start fresh if you're switching consoles.
