Nope, Rockstar doesn't allow you to transfer your GTA Online account from PlayStation to PC. Gotta start fresh on PC!

Unfortunately, you can't transfer your GTA Online character or progress from PlayStation to PC. You'll have to create a new character.

I tried this myself, but Rockstar's rules won't let you move your GTA Online account from PS to PC. Bummer, right?
