Sorry, but nope. Your GTA 5 account on PS4 stays on PS4. Rockstar doesn't let you transfer accounts between platforms. So you'll need to start fresh on PC, but hey, starting over means you get to experience the chaos anew!

Actually, I tried this before thinking I could keep my progress. Ended up starting from scratch on PC. No cross-platform love from Rockstar, unfortunately.
