Nope, the Xbox One controller isn't compatible with the Xbox 360. Time to dust off that old 360 controller!

You can't use an Xbox One controller on an Xbox 360. Tried it myself and it just wasn't happening.

Unfortunately, Xbox One controllers won't work on the 360. They are not backward compatible.
