No, Xbox 360 controllers don't work on Xbox One. But hey, upgrading to the current-gen controllers has its perks! They're pretty awesome.

I tried plugging my old wired 360 controller into my Xbox One, and it didn't work. You'll need an Xbox One controller instead.
