Yeah, Irons can totally team up with Golds in Valorant, but only if it's in unrated or Spike Rush games. For competitive matches, ya gotta be within 3 ranks of each other to play together. So, an Iron 1 player would need to rank up a bit before squatting up with a Gold 1 friend in ranked games.

Nope, Iron and Gold players can't play ranked matches together. Gotta be close in rank to keep things fair!
As someone who's been through the grind from Iron to Gold, I can confirm you CAN play together but not in ranked unless you're within 3 ranks. Unrated or custom games? Absolutely no problem. Let the fun begin!
