Nah, you're pretty much safe! Your stash box is secure, and no one can snatch items from it. But be wary, stuff that's just lying around or placed as decoration could technically be destroyed if you're not careful with your camp's defenses.
Honestly, I wouldn't sweat it. The real threat is forgetting to lock your resource generators. Lost a bunch of purified water forgetting that once. So, stash is safe, but lock your stuff!
