Nope, milling doesn't directly trigger madness in MTG. Madness needs you to discard the card as a cost or effect, but milling sends cards directly from your deck to your graveyard, skipping your hand entirely. So, if you're hoping to trigger madness by milling, you're out of luck!

Madness and milling are like oil and water in Magic; they don't mix. You gotta discard for madness to kick in. Milling just isn't the way to do it.

Madness works when you discard the card, not when it's milled. Milling bypasses the discard step, which means madness won't activate. Keep those strategies separate!
