Honestly, just try it. Apex Legends is free, so you've got nothing to lose. I ran it on my old gaming laptop which was barely above the minimum requirements and it was totally playable. Just lower those settings to get a smoother experience.
Most modern laptops can handle it, but don't expect to play on high settings without a dedicated GPU. It's all about those graphics.
lol if it can't run Solitaire, then nope. But seriously, check the specs. If you've got something like an i5 processor and a decent graphics card from the last few years, you should be good to go.
