First off, you need to check your PC's specs against the game's requirements. At the minimum, you're looking at an Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4 GHz CPU, 2 GB RAM, and a GeForce 8800 graphics card. If you're running anything newer, you should be good to go!

If you can run any modern game decently, your PC should handle Dragon Ball Xenoverse just fine. Make sure you've got at least 2 GB of RAM and a decent graphics card.
Honestly, if your PC isn鈥檛 a potato, you should be able to run it!
I've played DB Xenoverse on a mid-range PC from 2010, and it worked fine. Just keep your drivers updated!
