Can't repair Power Armor in Fallout 4 anymore?
Oh no! Sounds like a classic case of glitchy-witchy stuff going on. First off, make sure you're at a Power Armor Station with all the necessary materials. You need steel at the very least. Second, check if you're still wearing the Power Armor. You gotta step out of it to do the fixing! Lastly, if it's still a no-go, try reloading an old save or restarting the game. Fallout 4 can be quirky like that.

Honestly, could just be a bug. Fallout 4 isn't exactly famous for being glitch-free. If you've checked everything and it still won't work, might be time to look up some mod fixes or contact support.
Just hit it harder, works every time! Lol, jk. Seriously though, make sure you鈥檙e not trying to fix it while still inside. Hop out and give it another shot.
Had the same issue! Turned out I was completely out of the materials needed for repairs. Make sure you've got enough steel and stuff. Without it, no fixing is happening.
