Make sure you’re putting the F4SE files directly into the Fallout 4 main game directory, where the Fallout4.exe is located, not in any of the subfolders! Also, you might wanna check if your antivirus is being overprotective and mistakenly quarantining files. Sometimes those antiviruses think they know better than us gamers.

Just drag and drop the files. If Windows asks for admin permission, give it. Also, ensure your Fallout 4 is not installed in a restricted folder like Program Files, which can cause permission issues.

Honestly, just reinstall Fallout 4 and try adding F4SE again. Sometimes the simplest solutions work best.

U got the latest version of F4SE for your Fallout 4 version, right? They gotta match or it won’t work.

If you're a Fallout 4 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
