Can't Connect to PlayStation Network
Try changing your DNS settings to Google's public DNS. Go to Settings > Network > Set Up Internet Connection > Custom and enter 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.

Check your internet connection, then restart your router and console. If that doesn't work, it might be a PSN server issue. Give it some time!
