Yup, that's how it is for sentinels in Warframe. You can only change their colors and attach accessories, but deep customization like with Warframes isn't available.
All you can do is change colors and slap on a few accessories, but no other customization for sentinels.
It’s true, unfortunately. Sentinels can only get their colors changed and a few accessories. But hey, they still kick some Grineer butt!
Hot take: Sentinels are fine as is. Just paint it red and watch it go faster!
