Short answer: Nope, PS4 doesn't support old PS1 or PS2 discs. You need remastered versions or PS Now.

I was bummed to find out my old PS1 games can't be used directly on my PS4. However, you can buy some classic titles from the PlayStation Store.

Honestly, if you have a ton of old PlayStation games, you're better off keeping your old consoles or getting a PS2 or PS3.

You can play some PS2 and PS3 games on PS4 through remasters or the PS Now service, but original PS1 discs won't work.
