If you can only play PUBG Mobile with a VPN, it might be because of regional restrictions. Some countries restrict access to the game.

I've played PUBG Mobile in different countries without a VPN. Make sure your network settings are configured correctly.

Sounds like your ISP might be blocking it. VPN can bypass that, but check with your provider if they have any restrictions.
