Short answer: No, GTA 5 doesn't do the whole crossplay thing between PC and Xbox. Sad, but it’s every platform for itself!

Nah, GTA 5 doesn’t support cross-platform play between PC and Xbox. You’re stuck with your own kind, so if you’re on PC, you’ll be playing with other PC outlaws, and Xbox gamers are in their own sandbox.

Definitely not, tried setting up a game with my buddy (me on PC, them on Xbox) and it was a no-go. Would’ve been cool though!
