Yeah, Plat 3 can totally queue with Gold 1 in Valorant. The game allows you to team up with players who are within 3 ranks (6 tier) of each other. So, since Plat 3 and Gold 1 are just 2 ranks apart, you're good to go. Team up and climb that ladder!

Absolutely can! I've played several matches going from Gold to Plat, and having a mixed team like Gold 1 and Plat 3 isn't uncommon. It's all about skill, communication, and having a good time. Just make sure everyone's on board with strategies and you'll have a blast.
Not a fan of stretching the rank matchmaking that far tbh. Stick closer to your own rank for better games. Just my two cents.
