Nope, players can't directly mark your character in PUBG Mobile. But they can mark locations on the map where they see you!

Not exactly. They can ping your location if they spot you but can't put a marker directly on your character.

I once thought someone marked me, but it was just good teamwork and map pings. So, no, nobody can stick a marker on you.
