Sorry to burst your bubble, but as cool as that would be, GTA 5 doesn't support crossplay between PlayStation and Xbox. So, you and your buddy gotta pick the same platform to cause chaos in Los Santos together.

Nope, GTA 5 doesn't let PlayStation and Xbox players mix. It's like they're at a party on opposite sides of the room. Everyone's having fun, but not together.

Actually, GTA 5 doesn't offer cross-platform play. So, if you're on PlayStation and your friend's on Xbox, you won't be able to team up for heists or trade paint in races. Separate consoles, separate playgrounds.
