Provisioners in Fallout 4 are basically immortal, guys. Unless you're on Survival mode, they just get knocked down for a bit and then get back up after a fight. It's like they're playing on easy mode and we're not invited.
Nope, they can't die. I've seen my provisioners walk through firefights like it's a sunny day at the park. They're invincible unless you're on Survival mode, where the rules change. But let's be real, how many of us are masochistic enough to play on that setting?
