Sadly, the PS Vita isn't powerful enough to run PS3 games natively. However, you can enjoy some PS3 titles via Remote Play!

Nope, the PS Vita can't run actual PS3 games. But you can use Remote Play to stream them from your PS3 to the Vita.
I tried it myself, and while you can't run PS3 games directly on a PS Vita, Remote Play works like a charm for streaming.
