Nope, PS3 and Xbox One Minecraft don't support cross-platform play. You'll need to upgrade to a newer console for that feature.

Unfortunately, PS3 Minecraft can't play with Xbox One. Cross-play is only available on newer versions like PS4 and Xbox One.

I tried it myself, but no luck. PS3 Minecraft and Xbox One Minecraft are just not compatible for cross-play.
