Nope, PS4 and PS5 players can't play together in GTA 5. You're gonna need to be on the same console to team up or face off in Los Santos.

Yep, PS4 and PS5 players can totally crossplay GTA 5. Rockstar made sure that the streets of Los Santos are open to all, regardless of the console generation. So, you can cause chaos with or against your friends, no matter if they haven鈥檛 upgraded to the latest console yet.

Can confirm! Had a blast playing GTA 5 with my buddy. I was on PS4, and they were on PS5. The game ran smoothly for both of us, and we didn鈥檛 notice any issues. So, yeah, crossplay is a go between PS4 and PS5!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
