Nope, crossplay between PS4 and Xbox players isn't a thing in GTA 5. You gotta stick to your own kind, so if your buddy's on Xbox and you're on PS4, it's like you're in two different GTA worlds.

Short answer: No. GTA 5 doesn't support cross-platform play between PlayStation and Xbox.

Sadly, no crossplay in GTA 5. Imagine the chaos if there was, though! Would be epic.

No, GTA 5 doesn't offer cross-platform play. You're in separate sandboxes based on your console. But hey, at least you can both enjoy causing mayhem in your respective virtual Los Santos!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
