Hot take, but no. GTA isn't on the crossplay bandwagon yet. You're locked into your console choice for multiplayer.

Nope, GTA doesn't support cross-platform play between PS5 and Xbox. So, you've gotta stick with your platform pals!

Sadly, no. I've tried setting up a heist with friends on PS5 while I was on my Xbox. Didn't work. You're confined to your console's ecosystem.
