Nope, sorry, crossplay isn't a thing in GTA 5. Each console version keeps to its own kind. Would've been cool though.

Yep, PS5 and PS4 players can totally hang out in GTA 5's Los Santos together. Rockstar made sure you can keep your criminal empire running smoothly, even if your pals haven't upgraded to the latest console yet. So, gear up and plan the next big heist with your crew, no matter what PlayStation they're on!

As someone who鈥檚 jumped from PS4 to PS5 and kept my GTA crew intact, can confirm crossplay is a go. Transition was smooth and didn鈥檛 lose any progress. Makes it a breeze to connect with my PS4 buddies.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
