Sadly, no crossplay exists for GTA between PS5 and PS4. Each console version keeps players in their own playground, so you gotta match up with folks on the same console as you.

Unfortunately, GTA doesn't support cross-generation play. So if you're on PS5, you won't be able to cause mayhem with friends who are still on their PS4.

Nope, GTA says 'no' to crossplay. Imagine being on a heist and your PS4 buddy can't join cause you're on PS5. Bummer, right?
