Nope, PSN gift cards are region-locked. If you buy a card in the US, it’ll only work on a US account.

Unfortunately, you can't use a PSN gift card from one country on an account from another country. Each region has its own specific currency and store setup.

I’ve tried it before, and it didn’t work. My US PSN gift card couldn’t be redeemed on my European account. Save yourself the trouble!
