Officially, yes. But honestly, just plugging it into a decent USB-C dock works wonders. Been doing it myself and it turns the Deck into a neat little desktop.

Absolutely, the Steam Deck can be docked! Valve even sells an official dock, but you're not limited to it. You can use any USB-C dock that supports DisplayPort alt mode and USB data. So, go ahead and hook it up to a monitor, keyboard, and mouse for a full PC gaming experience.

For sure, you can dock the Steam Deck. But let's not forget its soul is in being a portable powerhouse. Best of both worlds, really.

Docking? Sure, but I'm all about that handheld life. The real magic of the Steam Deck is taking your games anywhere.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
