Nope, the Steam Deck can't natively read NTFS drives. It's all about that ext4 format for its Linux-based system. But hey, there's always cloud storage or converting your drive to a format it likes better!

NTFS on Steam Deck? Directly, no. But that's what file conversion and cloud solutions are for. Keep it simple, stick to supported formats.

Actually, while the Steam Deck runs on a Linux-based system which prefers ext4, you can get around the NTFS issue with some tinkering. There's software out there that can enable NTFS read capability. It's not out-of-the-box, but where there's a will, there's a way.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
