Nope, the Steam Deck can't directly stream games from a PS5. It's primarily designed for playing games from your Steam library on the go. To stream PS5 games, you'd need to look into Sony's own solutions like Remote Play on compatible devices.

Actually, while the Steam Deck itself isn't built to stream PS5 games directly, you could theoretically use a workaround. If you stream your PS5 to a PC using PS Remote Play, and then use Steam Remote Play to stream from that PC to your Steam Deck, you'd sort of get there. It's a bit of a roundabout process and not officially supported, but where there's a will, there's a way!

Direct streaming from PS5 to Steam Deck isn鈥檛 a thing. Steam Deck excels at playing PC games from Steam, not streaming console games.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
