Actually, synths in Fallout 4 are sterile. They might look, act, and even feel like humans, but when it comes down to the birds and the bees, they're out of the game. Bethesda made them super realistic but didn't cross into them starting synth families.

Nope, synths can't reproduce in Fallout 4. They're super advanced robots but don't have the biological bits needed for making baby synths. It's all about the science fiction鈥攔obots might do a lot of things, but having their own little robot families isn't on the agenda in the Commonwealth.
Short answer: no. Long answer: still no but with extra words. Synths are cool and all, but they鈥檙e not about to start baby-making.
