Nope, tapped creatures can't block, but they can still attack if they were tapped before your turn or participate in 'fight' effects. So, they're not totally out of the game.

Yep, tapped creatures can still throw down in a fight, no problem! When it comes to battling, being tapped or untapped doesn't really matter. The real action happens when you're attacking or blocking. The big thing to remember is that tapped creatures can't block. So, if your creature's taking a nap (aka tapped), it can still attack if it's your turn or be targeted by spells or abilities that say 'fight.' Just can't jump in front of another creature to protect you!

Tapped creatures fighting? Absolutely. Being tapped doesn't stop a creature from attacking or being chosen for a 'fight' effect. However, they lose their ability to block, so use this to your strategic advantage.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
