Definitely not. Teens in The Sims FreePlay are all about school and teenage drama, not diapers and midnight feedings.

Nope, teenage Sims can't have babies in The Sims FreePlay. You need to age them up to adults first. Sorry, teenage Sim parents just aren't in the cards!
