Nah, the animals you catch in Fallout 4 stay the same. They're part of the scenery and ambiance, just giving that wasteland vibe more credibility. So, if you caught a radstag, don't expect it to evolve into a super radstag or anything. They're cool as is, adding flavor to your settlements and making the world feel alive. But hey, it's always fun to collect and see what kinds of creatures you can find!

Actually, it's kinda disappointing. You catch these creatures hoping maybe you could train them or they'd evolve, but nah, they just sit there. Makes you wonder why you went through the trouble. But then again, it's Fallout, everything's a bit off the rails.

Short answer: Nope. Once you catch 'em, they stay as they are. No upgrades or changes. Just your own personal wasteland zoo!
