Absolutely, the Steam Deck can run Fortnite! You just need to install Epic Games Launcher through the Steam Deck's Desktop Mode. Valve and Epic worked out the kinks, so now dropping onto the island while on the move is a breeze. Just make sure you adjust the settings for optimal performance.

Fortnite on Steam Deck? Yeah, it works, and quite well! Had to tweak the settings for smoother gameplay, but once I did, playing Fortnite on the go felt awesome. Valve's really pushing the limits on what portable gaming can do.

Quick take: Yes, but it's not straightforward. Install Epic Games on Steam Deck's desktop mode, then Fortnite runs fine.

Nah, why bother? Just play on PC or console. The Steam Deck is cool, but Fortnite isn't its strong suit.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
