Nope, the big submarine (Cyclops) can't dock in the Moon Pool, but the smaller ones like the Seamoth and Prawn Suit can!

Yeah, sorry to burst your bubble! The Cyclops is too large for the Moon Pool. You'll have to park it elsewhere.

Unfortunately, the Moon Pool is too small for the Cyclops! Only the Seamoth and the Prawn Suit fit in there.
