Unfortunately, Roblox on Xbox One doesn't support split-screen multiplayer. You'll need two consoles if you want to play side by side.

As someone who's tested this, I can confirm: you can鈥檛 do split-screen on Roblox for Xbox One. You'll each need your own console.
