I've done it myself, just delete the 'system_information_962' and 'system_information_963' files manually. But, fair warning, it's a bit of a hassle.
Sort of! If you want to reset things entirely after a Genocide run, you’ll need to delete specific files from your game’s directory. It can't be undone in-game though, so be sure you really want a fresh start!
