Nah, in GTA 5 story mode, you can't sell cars like you do in Online mode. The closest thing you get is modding them at Los Santos Customs, but no direct selling for cash, sorry!

Actually, you can't directly sell cars in GTA 5 story mode, which is kinda a bummer. But, you can still enjoy customizing them at Los Santos Customs.
