Unfortunately, you can't use a PS3 controller natively on a PS4. But you can try third-party adapters like the CronusMax Plus. They've worked for me!

Nope, you can't use a PS3 controller with a PS4 without some kind of adapter or workaround.

Totally not supported natively, but some adapters can get the job done if you really want to go that route.
