Nope, Wrath of God can't touch Progenitus. Progenitus has 'protection from everything,' meaning it's safe from all colors, including white spells like Wrath of God. So, Wrath of God will wipe out other creatures, but Progenitus will still be chilling on the battlefield, unaffected.

Short answer: No. Progenitus has got this 'protection from everything' shield, so Wrath of God won't do a thing to it.

Actually, Progenitus can be affected by Wrath of God because 'protection from everything' doesn't stop board wipes! Just kidding, that's totally wrong. Progenitus's protection indeed means Wrath of God won't remove it. Always double-check the card text!
