Unfortunately, Xbox 360 controllers aren't compatible with Xbox One. An Xbox One controller would be your best bet for gaming on that console.

Nope, Xbox 360 remotes don't work directly with Xbox One. You'd need an adapter, but honestly, just upgrading to the newer controller is way less hassle!
