Nope, GTA 5 doesn't support cross-platform play between Xbox and PC. You gotta stick with your own platform's crew!

Sadly, GTA 5 missed the bus on crossplay. Xbox and PC players can't mingle in Los Santos.

From personal experience, tried to join my buddy on Xbox from my PC. No dice. GTA 5 keeps us separated by our platforms.
